Summer flew by! Cold fall breeze is a blowin’. Making me think of indoor hobbies for the upcoming winter. First on my list… Calligraphy! I actually took classes in grade 8 (yup nerdy art geek from the beginning) Hopefully it will come back naturally. Excited.

I get lost in Daniaelle Simonsen’s sewed illustrations. They have a whimsical charm to them. Their line spontaneity and broad range of colours remind me of children doodles. So much freedom. Makes me smile.
